Urinary Tract Infection In Dogs
How much blood in the urine of dogs who have a urinary tract infection?
My dog has suddenly started to urinate blood. I do not know how long it started. As far as I know it was Saturday (two days). We took him until Sunday, but my grandmother said she thinks she might have seen on Friday. The vet says he is cancer of the bladder or urinary tract infection. We do not have enough money to test their blood for cancer, or whatever they do. The urine seems to be completely saturated with blood, very red. My question is, who is more likely, given the high content of blood in the urine? Is it more likely than cancer or urinary tract infection? I just started on medication for urinary tract infection yesterday.
Sometimes it seems which is much more blood than it really is, because it is dilute urine. It's hard to say because most people seek treatment immediately, before it is far to long. A good dog I can not tell who is sick, and notices dog urine? Good luck … I hope that begins to improve.
