That is so right because you do not want to feed the fungus and even add to it, you have a problem already!

For a vaginal yeast infection you can soak a tampon in yogurt and insert it, at least three times a day. Keep the tampon in for quite a while to give the yogurt a chance to do its work.

For a skin yeast infection the yogurt can be used as a cream. Apply it and cover the area for a while to give the skin an opportunity to absorb the yogurt. You can also repeat this a few times a day.
